Dragana Tomić ima magistarsko zvanje iz ekonomije, kao i Lokalnog razvoja Balkana stečenog na univerzitetu Trento, Italija. Njena oblast ekspertize je upravljanje ljudskim resursima, razvoj organizacija i upravljanje promenama, podrška lokalnim i regionalnim razvojnim inicijativama, biznis obuke i predavanja za organizacije i pojedince. Dragana ima dokazane višegodišnje rezultate u uspešnom vođenju Sektora ljudskih resursa u velikim sistemima (Erste Bank Srbija, Pharmaswiss), ali isto tako i u radu sa velikim brojem javnih i nevladinih organizacija, uključujući Republičku agenciju za razvoj MSP sa njenom mrežom regionalnih agencija, Privrednu komoru Srbije, Privrednu komoru Beograda, Regionalnu privrednu komoru Užica, Regionalnu privrednu komoru Valjeva, REC & UNDP-GEF; USAID.

Dragana Tomić holds a Master’s Degree in Economics, as well in the Local Development of Balkans acquired at the University of Trento, Italy. Her area of expertise is human resource management, organizational development and change management, supporting local and regional development initiatives, business training and lectures for organizations and individuals. Dragana has many years of proven results in the successful management of Human Resources in large systems (Erste Bank Serbia, Pharmaswiss), but also in working with a large number of public and non-governmental organizations, including the Republican Agency for SME development with its network of regional agencies, the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, Belgrade Chamber of Commerce, Regional Chamber of Commerce in Užice, Regional Chamber of Commerce in Valjevo, REC & UNDP-GEF, USAID. |
